WELCOME! This price list is available through August and is geared toward the grower or retailer who seeks less common, unusual, or old favorite flower bulbs, especially species. Before making selections, please read the agreement following so you will fully understand payment guidelines and shipping schedules. OFFERS FROM THIS LIST ARE SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY.

Agreement

  1. This offer is NOT A PROMISE of availability, but of probability. If payment has been made on an unavailable item, a refund, not a substitution, will be provided.
  2. All orders must be placed online by October 1, 2004. If you select the "Mailing Payment" or "PayPal" options during checkout, payment must be paid or postmarked by October 2, 2004.
  3. Credit cards will NOT be charged, NOR checks/money orders deposited UNTIL CONFIRMATION of availability.
  4. Please allow 20 business days for delivery AFTER successful payment or confirmation of availability, whichever comes last. CANCELLATION of an order can incur restocking fees; 25% immediately after successful payment, 50% within 5-10 business days of payment, 75% anytime after. All percentages are based on subtotal. Sorry so stiff, but many of these items are rare or of special interest.
  5. Shipping will not occur until sometime in September for items in shipping CODE A, mid-October for CODE B, and sometime in November for CODE C.
  6. A MINIMUM PURCHASE of $500 (subtotal) is required to take advantage of the offers on this list. If you are looking for a retail list with no minimums, please visit the Bulbmeister.COM - Fall 2004 Special Order Flower Bulbs List (closes in August).

Bulbmeister.COM guarantees the bulbs to be as described and in the best condition available. Our sources are of the highest caliber. For domestic orders, if you are not satisfied with the quality of the product, simply return at your own expense postmarked within 7 business days of receipt via any recognized delivery service with tracking services (no tracking number, means no refund) Your subtotal will be refunded minus 25% restocking fee. International customers please refer to the International Shipping Agreement for details on the return policy.

Shipping Method and Fees

For domestic shipments, the carrier will be chosen at the discretion of Bulbmeister.COM. If the customer requires specific delivery services, an additional shipping and handling fee may be required. Shipping & handling fees are 20% < $1000, 15% < $1500, 10% < $2500, and 5% for orders of $2500 or more. International customers please refer to the International Shipping Agreement for details on shipping fees and phytosanitary requirements.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Shipping and Handling fees apply to a single shipping code. If your order has products falling under more than one shipping code, your order will be subject to an additional shipping fee of 5% (domestic) per additional shipping code. International orders will not be charged additional shipping, but the order will be shipped according to the latest shipping code schedule on the order.

  • SHIP CODE A = Items arrive earlier than the main shipment, anticipated to be delivered sometime in September.
  • SHIP CODE B = When the bulk of inventory will be available, to begin shipping mid-October.
  • SHIP CODE C = To arrive later than the main shipment, delivered sometime in November.
